Panels of Vietnam's beauty lead to the main hall of Circulo de Bellas Artes theater, the venue of "Vietnam Days in Spain" and "Vietnamese Culture Space" events

At the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh highlighted the 40-year friendship, which has been nurtured and developed despite regional and global challenges. “Vietnam is Spain’s biggest trade partner in ASEAN. It welcomed 65,000 Spanish tourists in 2016, up 29%, and twice the number that came in 2010. Such numbers are encouraging and show that Vietnam, a peaceful country with dynamic, hospitable people, deserves to be one of the top investment and tourist destinations in the Asia-Pacific region,” Mr. Minh said.

Traditional singing and musical instrument are featured at the event.

Marca Espana, the Government’s High Commissioner for the Brand of Spain, said he was impressed by the beauty of Vietnam.
