Exports in July alone are estimated to be 600-700 million USD, as shipments accelerated sharply from the second quarter. Durian exports totaled 863 million USD in the April-June period, nearly 290% higher than in the first quarter.

Monthly export revenue could approach 1 billion USD through October, according to forecasts. If the current pace is maintained, Vietnam’s durian exports could exceed 4 billion USD this year.
