The first of these e-buses will hit US roads in the first quarter of 2028.

NexMove, a joint venture between Transportation Management Services and Zeem Solutions, will offer the buses through an as-a-service model that includes the vehicles, charging system, maintenance and operations. This model will allow operators to transition to VinFast e-buses gradually in a controlled manner without having to rebuild their systems from scratch.

The plan looks to provide 97% or greater uptime both for the vehicles and for the charging infrastructure.

Before official deliveries begin, NexMove will place demonstration units at Zeem’s charging depots so fleet operators and transit agencies can evaluate the buses in person.
