The three projects will receive a combined nearly 667 million USD in loans from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, or IBRD.

They include the approximately 260-million USD Hai Phong Climate Resilient Urban Development Project; the more than 251-million USD Mekong Delta Climate Resilient Connectivity Project; and the more than 155-million USD Sustainable Fisheries Development Project.

Once implemented, the projects are expected to benefit more than 525,000 fishers, aquaculture farmers and coastal residents through higher incomes, improved seafood quality and reduced post-harvest losses.
