The seminar marks the 70th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s book “Work style adjustment”.

In the book, President HCM criticized some cadres and party members for neglecting studying theory due to their daily administrative and military work. He urged them to learn theory and apply it to reality as a way to help improve the party’s leadership.
