On the mainland, incense and flowers have been offered at the Gac Ma Soldiers Memorial and the Truong Sa Special Zone Traditional House. There were visits and gift giving to wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, and those who contributed to the revolution. 38 gifts worth 1,700 USD were presented.

On the islands of the Truong Sa Special Zone, officers, soldiers, and people organized incense and flower offerings to commemorate the heroic martyrs; visited and comforted families of policy beneficiaries working on the islands; and organized many political activities and traditional education programs.

The July paying debts of gratitude contributes to strengthening the great solidarity between the military and the people and consolidating public support. It motivates each officer and soldier to continue to uphold the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers," constantly honing their courage, willpower, and determination to excellently fulfill their duties and protecting sovereignty over the Truong Sa archipelago in all situations.
