Nguyen Minh Triet, Permanent Secretary of the Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Students Association, said the Congress will review Youth Union activities and youth movements during the 2022-2026 term, set goals and tasks for the 2026-2031 term, discuss amendments to the Youth Union Charter, and elect the next Central Committee.
More than 780 delegates are expected to attend.
