The hybrid event, held in person and online, brought together nearly 500 delegates attending directly. The newly adopted action framework comprises seven major programs, 105 groups of tasks and solutions, and 16 key targets. It is designed to concretize the Party’s vision and policies, ensuring unity in awareness and action as Vietnam moves to translate the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress into tangible results.
The program outlines several priority areas aligned with Vietnam’s development goals in the new phase, including mobilizing youth for sustainable development, climate change response, and community volunteerism. It also emphasizes raising awareness and improving the effectiveness of international youth engagement, with a focus on proactive and comprehensive global integration.
Later the same day, provincial and affiliated youth organizations held their own conferences to disseminate and implement local-level action programs aligned with the Party’s Resolution.
