JICA to provide 25 million USD for onshore wind power in Ninh Thuan

(VOVWORLD) -The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has recently signed a facility agreement to provide up to 25 million USD for an onshore wind power generation project in Ninh Thuan province with a total capacity of 88 MW with expected reduction of some 215,000 tons of CO2 annually.
