(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary and President To Lam chaired a meeting with key leaders on Tuesday to review July’s work and discuss key tasks for August. This has been the first meeting of Vietnamese key leaders since Mr. Lam was elected General Secretary of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on Saturday.
