Notice from People’s Court of Can Tho city to Lim Kim Huat

The claim filed by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong, is accepted. She is granted a divorce from Mr. Lim Kim Huat.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong is granted direct care and custody of their child, Lim Chai Hoong (female, born on February 19, 2010). The issue of child support is not addressed. No person may obstruct the parent who does not have direct custody from exercising their right to visit and care for the child.

The Court makes no determination regarding the couple's joint property or joint debts.

The plaintiff has the right to appeal the judgment within 15 days from the date of its pronouncement. The defendant has the right to appeal this judgment within one month, from the date the judgment is validly served or legally posted, in accordance with the law.
