The People’s Court of Can Tho City is currently accepting and adjudicating a divorce case filed by Mr. Ha Kim Long, born in 1988, residing at No. 56/5 Le Lai Street, An Phu Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City (now Ninh Kieu Ward, Can Tho City), against Mrs. Luong Ngoc Han.
In his Petition for Divorce, Mr. Ha Kim Long requests that the Court resolve the following matters:
-Grant a divorce between Mr. Ha Kim Long and Mrs. Luong Ngoc Han;
-The parties have no common children, joint property, or joint debts; therefore, no request is made for the Court to resolve these matters.
The hearing is scheduled to take place at 7:30 a.m on August 5, 2026.
The Court hereby notifies Mrs. Luong Ngoc Han of the proceedings and requires her to contact the People's Court of Can Tho City without delay or alternatively to submit a written response to the divorce petition filed by Mr . Ha Kim Long. Any written response must be duly legalized by consular authentication and sent to the following address:
