The People’s Court of Can Tho City is currently accepting and adjudicating a petition filed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Trang, born in 1997 and residing in Truong Phuoc B Hamlet, Truong Long Tay Commune, Chau Thanh A District, former Hau Giang Province (now Can Tho City), Vietnam, seeking the dissolution of her marriage to Mr. LEW KOK SEONG.
In her petition, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Trang requests the Court to resolve the following matters:
1. Marital relationship:
She requests that the Court dissolve the marital relationship between herself and Mr. Lew Kok Seong.
2. Children:
She requests custody of Mia Lew Mi Ya, female, born on January 4, 2023. She does not request child support from Mr. Lew Kok Seong.
