The Court’s judgment is as follows:
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 228; Point b, Clause 5, Article 477; and Article 479 of the Civil Procedure Code; Articles 56, 81, 82, 83, 122, 123, and 127 of the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family; and Resolution No. 326/2016/UBTVQH14 dated December 30, 2016, of the National Assembly Standing Committee on court fee and charge rates, exemptions and reductions, collection, payment, management, and use;
1. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tram is granted a divorce from Mr. Lee Wun Loong Adam.
2. The common children, Lee My An Amber (born on September 10, 2015) and Lee Ma Son (born on October 17, 2020), are entrusted to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tram for direct care and upbringing until they reach the age of 18.
Mr. Lee Wun Loong Adam is not required to pay child support.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tram and Mr. Lee Wun Loong Adam shall have the rights and obligations with respect to their common children in accordance with the law.
3. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tram is liable for 300,000 VND in first-instance marriage and family court fees. This amount is offset against the 300,000 VND advance payment she previously made, as evidenced by Receipt No. 0000932 dated May 23, 2025, issued by the Da Nang City Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency. Mrs. Tram has fully paid the required court fee.
4. The plaintiff, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tram, who was absent from the hearing, has the right to appeal the judgment within 15 days from the date on which she receives the judgment.
The defendant, Mr. Lee Wun Loong Adam, who was absent from the hearing, has the right to appeal the judgment within one month from the date on which the judgment is lawfully served on him, in accordance with the law.
