Notice from People’s Court of Tay Ninh Province to Mr. Oh Liat Wai Steve

[VOVWORLD] - The People’s Court of Region 10, Tay Ninh Province, hereby notifies Mr. Oh Liat Wai Steve, born in 1978, residing at Blk 157 Toa Payoh Lorong 1, #06-1251, Singapore 310157, that the Court has adjudicated the divorce case between Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Diep and Mr. Oh Liat Wai Steve and rendered the following judgment

1. Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Diep is granted a divorce from Mr. Oh Liat Wai Steve.

2. Common children, jointly owned property, and joint debts: There was no request for settlement.

3. First instance court fee: Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Diep shall bear the first instance court fee of 300,000 VND. The Court acknowledges that this amount has been paid in full.

4. Other litigation costs: Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Diep shall bear 200,000 VND in other litigation expenses. The Court acknowledges that this amount has been paid in full.

The parties have the right to appeal this judgment to the People’s Court of Tay Ninh Province.

Mr. Oh Liat Wai Steve may file an appeal within one month from the date of receipt of the judgment or from the date the judgment is duly posted in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of Vietnam.
