In her petition, Mrs. Hang requested that the Court grant her a divorce from Mr. Minh. She stated that the couple has no common children, joint property, or joint debts.
Mr. Minh has the right to contact the People's Court of Region 4, Tay Ninh Province, to submit his response to Mrs. Le Thi Thuy Hang’s petition and to exercise his procedural rights and obligations in accordance with the law. If the one-month period from the date of this notice expires without Mr. Minh submitting a response or appearing as required, the Court will proceed with the hearing in his absence in accordance with the law.
