The People's Court of Region 5, Vinh Long province, is currently handling a divorce case filed by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Phuc, born in 1991, residing at No. 713/3, Quoi An hamlet, Giao Long commune, Vinh Long province, against Mr. Dang Vinh An.
The Court hereby notifies Mr. Dang Vinh An of the lawsuit and requests that he immediately contact the People's Court of Region 5, Vinh Long province, or submit a written statement expressing his position regarding Mrs. Phuc’s divorce request. Such written statement must be consularly legalized.

If, within one month from the date of this notice, Mr. Dang Vinh An fails to appear before the Court or submit a response concerning the resolution of the case, the People's Court of Region 5, Vinh Long province, will proceed to resolve the divorce case in his absence, in accordance with the law.
