This was highlighted at the second congress of the Hoang Sa-Truong Sa Club for the 2026–2031 term, held in Prague earlier this week.
Addressing the event, Vietnamese Ambassador Duong Hoai Nam praised the club’s activities for strengthening overseas Vietnamese’ connection with the homeland, deepening ties between Vietnamese communities abroad and Vietnam, and fostering love for the country’s seas and islands.
The congress elected a new leadership for 2026-2031.
