Bringing these activities together on a single platform will enable businesses to save time and costs by completing procedures online. The portal provides tools to search for information, monitor AI systems, submit feedback, and receive notifications.
Vu Khac Linh, Director General of the Department of Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence at the Ministry of Science and Technology, said: “This is a digital platform for enforcing the AI Law and its guiding documents. It’s a unified hub for transparent State management, information provision, and the promotion of a safe and responsible AI ecosystem in Vietnam. It’s a single online address where businesses, developers, State agencies, experts, and members of the public can complete procedures, search for information, and interact with State management agencies.”
The portal provides functions for reporting serious incidents and submitting periodic reports, giving management agencies more information to monitor, assess, and address issues arising during the operation of AI systems. It connects resources for the development of the AI ecosystem. Businesses can access support programs, infrastructure, shared databases, and other resources for AI development.
