(VOVWORLD) - A program of sending text messages to 1400 to show gratitude to war martyrs has been implemented over the past 11 years by the Association to Support Vietnam Martyrs' Families, the Vietnam Red Cross, and the National Humanitarian Portal. The program aims to pay tribute to the families of war martyrs and eases the lingering pain of the war. Through the program, many families have found and repatriated the remains of their relatives and many disadvantaged families of martyrs have been helped to improve their life.

AMM 56 is the largest annual event of ASEAN’s top diplomats. Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son will lead the Vietnamese delegation to the meeting.
