(VOVWORLD) -November 4, 20 years ago the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and China signed the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the East Sea (DOC) at the 8th ASEAN Summit in Cambodia. Vietnam, a member of ASEAN, has seriously and fully implemented the DOC and made an effort to promote maritime cooperation and contribute to preserving peace and stability in the East Sea.
