(VOVWORLD) - Foreign ministerial talks between Russia and Ukraine ended on Thursday without progress on a ceasefire, but Russia will open humanitarian corridors to allow the evacuation of Ukrainians from five cities. Three rounds of talks in 10 days on top of diplomatic efforts by other parties have left the door open to resolving the conflict through dialogue, although many hurdles remain.
