(VOVWORLD) - 2019 marks the 70th Traditional Day of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and military experts in Laos. 70 years ago, the Party and President Ho Chi Minh sent troops and experts to assist Laos’ s national liberation, demonstrating the pure international communist spirit and manifesting the special solidarity and friendship between the two countries.
