(VOVWORLD) - The 51st ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) and Related Meetings will begin in Singapore Thursday. Participants will discuss orientations and solutions to build an ASEAN Community, and implement master plans on building an ASEAN community in line with the ASEAN Vision towards 2025.
