The program focuses on four essential security features across Meta’s platforms: Security Checkup, which reviews account security and recommends actions such as enabling login alerts or strengthening passwords; Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which adds a second verification step when users log in; Passkeys, a passwordless option using facial recognition, fingerprints, or PINs; and Privacy Checkup, which helps users manage who can see their content and adjust privacy settings.

By combining user education with built-in security tools, Meta aims to encourage lasting digital safety habits and help people take greater control of their online security.

Since its debut in May, the campaign has reached more than 300 million people across 18 countries, highlighting simple steps to prevent unauthorized access.
