The launch features Business AI on Messenger and a Vietnamese-language Meta AI business assistant, tools designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) automate consultative selling and scale without massive overhead.
Unlike traditional chatbots, Business AI learns directly from a company’s website and message history. Early testing by local brand HADAKI showed a 20% increase in conversion rates and a doubling of message-handling capacity.
Highlighting the shift from manual processes to AI-driven growth, Khoi Le, Country Director of Meta Vietnam, said, "The most important thing about this suite is that it isn't just for large corporations; businesses of every size can implement it—from a single-person operation to micro and large-scale enterprises. Ultimately, it highlights that the connection between a business and its consumers is vital. With all the upcoming changes, one thing remains constant: the bond between the user and the business."
Meta also introduced several GenAI-driven features aimed at Vietnam’s thriving creative economy. They include instant voiceover localization and tools to connect brands with trending Reels.
These tools arrive at a critical juncture as, according to Meta’s latest data, 93% of Vietnamese businesses have adopted AI – one of the highest integration rates globally – and 89% of online adults message a business every week.
