The visit is made at the invitation of Vietnamese Defense Minister General Phan Van Giang. 

During the visit, General Tea Seiha is scheduled to meet with senior officials from the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense.

According to the Cambodian Ministry of National Defense, the visit reaffirms the strong friendship, solidarity, and long-term cooperation between the Cambodian Ministry of National Defense, the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, and the Vietnam People’s Army.
