In the context of the global energy sector rapidly transitioning from fossil fuels to cleaner and more sustainable energy sources, liquefied natural gas (LNG) has emerged as a key strategic solution. With its potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while ensuring a stable energy supply, LNG is becoming the preferred choice for many countries, particularly in Southeast Asia.

The Forum discussed the current state of the LNG market, global development trends, and Vietnam’s potential involvement in the international LNG value chain. International experts and business representatives offered insights into future trends, proposed flexible financial solutions, and suggested public-private partnership mechanisms to attract international investment to Vietnam.
