(VOVWORLD) - People across Vietnam have expressed their joy at the great success of the 14th National Party Congress, saying the re-election of To Lam as Party General Secretary recognizes his leadership, capacity, and experience.

It reflects the confidence of the entire Party, the people, and the armed forces in his ability to steer the country into a new phase of development.
“The leadership of General Secretary To Lam and the Politburo provides a solid foundation for us to believe that the country will maintain stability in the coming period and achieve breakthroughs across all fields,” said a Hanoi resident who closely followed the Congress.
Another said, “Amid global uncertainty, we need leaders with both vision and commitment like Mr. To Lam. His re-election clearly demonstrates continuity in the Party. I am confident that he has the full capacity to lead the country forward.”
Impressed by General Secretary To Lam’s closing speech, many people said it was concise and powerful, clearly demonstrating the strategic vision of the Party chief and the 14th Party Central Committee.
“The speech clearly reflected a people-centered approach, promoting the role of the great national unity bloc, with priority given to national defense, security, and foreign affairs, and maintaining a peaceful and stable environment for development,” said a Hanoi resident.
