(VOVworld) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif says technical negotiations are advancing slowly and called on all parties to avoid “troublemaking” issues affecting the talks.
The technical negotiations are on implementing the historic agreement reached last month between Iran and P5+1, which comprises the US, the UK, France, Russia, China, and Germany. In a phone call, Zarif and EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton agreed to continue the talks after Christmas.
