New opportunities to strengthen friendship between Vietnam and India
(VOVWORLD) -The Embassy of Vietnam in India held a ceremony to celebrate the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Tuesday evening.

Vietnamese Ambassador to India Nguyen Thanh Hai said the Vietnam–India Comprehensive Strategic Partnership has been growing steadily in economy, defense, culture, education, and technology. Vietnam and India maintain a high level of political trust, coordinate closely at international forums, and share a common goal with Vietnam aiming to become a high-income country by 2045 and India to become a developed country by 2047.
The Ambassador said cooperative initiatives in education, culture, technology, and trade are opening up many new opportunities, further strengthening the friendship and people-to-people ties between the two nations.
Minister of State Jayant Chaudhary highlighted the key areas of cooperation—agriculture, education, heritage conservation, technology, and aviation which provide a sustainable foundation for knowledge exchange, people-to-people connectivity, and shared development between Vietnam and India.
