PM, NA Chairman emphasize enforcement of just-adopted laws and resolutions
(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man on Wednesday co-chaired a hybrid conference on the implementation of the laws and resolutions passed by the 15th legislature at its eighth session.

Speaking at the conference, PM Chinh emphasized that building and perfecting institutions is one of the three strategic breakthroughs for the country’s development, adding the Government and the NA have spent a lot of time and resources on this work.
He said that immediately after the legislative session, the Government and he himself urged relevant ministries and sectors to implement them effectively, ensuring a close connection between law building and enforcement, specifically law dissemination.
NA Chairman Man said that amid restructuring and streamlining the apparatus, there will be certain disruptions in the organization and operation of some ministries and agencies.
He asked the Government to direct the agencies assigned to preside over the drafting and promulgation of documents so as not to interrupt the work of drafting and promulgating documents. After the restructuring, the new agency taking over the task needs to inherit the results, promptly complete the documents for submission for promulgation to ensure that the detailed regulations come into effect on time, Mr. Man said.
