(VOVWORLD) - Vietnamese at home and abroad have voiced confidence in Vietnam’s coming development breakthroughs after the successful 14th National Party Congress held in Hanoi this week.

Party members Nguyen Manh Hung and Vu Van Khien in Hanoi said they followed the Congress closely and were optimistic about Vietnam’s growth, citing strong leadership and unity.
"I have never seen such a thorough Party Congress. Party leader To Lam has strong public support, and I believe the Party’s leadership will open a new chapter for the country, with its resolutions quickly put into practice to drive comprehensive renewal," said Hung.
"I believe that delegates at the 14th National Party Congress are competent, moral, and dedicated to represent more than 5.6 million Party members, and that under the leadership of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo and Party leader To Lam, the country will prosper and people will enjoy greater well-being," said Khien.

Tran Thi Minh Nhat, who is pursuing a master’s degree in Russia, and economist Nguyen Quoc Hung, a senior expert at the Russian Academy of Sciences, said the success of the 14th National Party Congress reinforced their confidence in Vietnam’s future.
"The re-election of Party leader To Lam reflects strong trust and broad unity within the Party and among the public, ensuring continuity, stability and development in the Party’s leadership at a time of new opportunities and challenges," said Nhat.

"The 14th National Party Congress has injected fresh momentum, inspiring overseas Vietnamese to overcome challenges and contribute to a strong and prosperous Vietnam, with the community in Russia committed to supporting the implementation of the Congress’s resolution," said Hung.
