Quang Ninh stands out as bright spot for innovation
(VOVWORLD) - Despite a more limited expansion of economic space compared with many other localities, Quang Ninh province has remained a bright spot for innovation, said Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh during Saturday’s working session with the provincial authorities.

Mr. Binh stressed that most of Quang Ninh’s socio-economic development indicators have been met or exceeded while national target programs have been implemented effectively, proving the province’s proactiveness and extensive development experience.
These results should be replicated in other localities nationwide to create new momentum for growth, he said.
The Standing Deputy PM also praised Quang Ninh’s strategic vision in proposing new investment and development policies, particularly special mechanisms and policies for the development of Van Don Economic Zone, and inter-provincial and intra-provincial railway systems.
He asked Quang Ninh to take the lead in innovation, using the satisfaction of people and businesses as a key benchmark. Quang Ninh is urged to focus on improving digital infrastructure and grassroots governance capacity to better meet people’s needs in clearing administrative procedures, while continuing to enhance socio-economic governance capacity at the commune level.
