Russian scholars hail Vietnam as responsible UN member

(VOVWORLD) - Russian analyst Grigory Trofimchuk from the Foundation for the Support of Scientific Research “Workshop of Eurasian Ideas” has hailed Vietnam as a responsible member of the United Nations.

According to his writing on the Infox media outlet on September 24, Vietnam has contributed as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council in the 2020-2021 term.
Dr Vasily Kashin from the National Research University Higher School of Economics said President Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s keynote address at the 76th UN General Assembly has comprehensively covered major issues, including non-traditional threat such as the Covid-19 pandemic, climate change, equality and the central role of the UN as well as territory conflicts and arms races.
