The article said that shortly after the resounding success of the 14th National Party Congress, the entire Party, people, and army of Vietnam are celebrating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam with special excitement. The Party’s 96th anniversary is even more significant as Vietnam enters the first year of a new term – a crucial year in concretizing the Resolution of the 14th Congress and turning strategic goals into reality.

According to the General Secretary, over the 96 springs since its founding, especially over 80 years of the Party's rule, the Communist Party of Vietnam has demonstrated its enduring vitality, unwavering resolve, and correct leadership, leading the Vietnamese revolution from one victory to another.

The past 96 years have confirmed that no political force other than the Communist Party of Vietnam possesses the prestige, capacity, and leadership of the revolution, with the goal of serving the People. The Party's ruling and comprehensive leadership role is the decisive factor in all victories in the cause of national construction and defense.

The Party's 96-year journey has left many valuable lessons. Among them, the most profound and significant lesson is that the revolutionary cause belongs to the People, is carried out by the People, and is for the People.

All guidelines and policies of the Party must stem from the legitimate interests and aspirations of the People. The support and trust of the People are the measure of prestige, the source of strength, and the "secret" to the victory of the Communist Party of Vietnam in all stages of the revolution.
