(VOVWORLD) - Quynh Son community-based tourism village in Lang Son province has been honored as one of the “Best Tourism Villages in the World 2025” by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism).

The award was selected from 270 entries across 65 countries, based on natural and cultural values, innovation, and commitment to sustainable tourism in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Tran Thi Bich Hanh, Deputy Director of the Lang Son Center for Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion, said: "At Quynh Son Community Tourism Village, all stilt houses face south, and all 400 families share the same surname, Duong Cong The. The houses have traditional yin-yang tile roofs, and the locals are friendly and keep their cultural traditions alive".
The award honors Lang Son’s tourism and promotes sustainable, responsible development, bringing benefits to local communities and marking its place on the world tourism map.
