This marks a significant step in the Vietnamese education sector’s international integration, with higher education taking a leading role. It also reflects a shift from individual participation by institutions to a more coordinated and professional national approach.
At APAIE, Vietnam will present its message of a dynamic higher education system focused on improving training quality, advancing scientific research, and deepening international integration.
Vietnamese universities are joining APAIE 2026 to boost international student recruitment, attract outstanding experts, lecturers, managers, and scientists to work in Vietnam, enhance the quality of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, expand academic exchanges and partnerships, and strengthen the global recognition and reputation of Vietnamese higher education.
First held in Seoul 30 years ago, the APAIE Conference and Exhibition has grown into one of the four largest global gatherings on international education, alongside the NAFSA Conference and Exhibition in the US, the EAIE Conference in Europe, and the AIEC in Australia. This year’s event is expected to attract 2,500 delegates from over 65 countries and territories.
