General Secretary Lam on Monday received Men Sam On, Vice President of the CPP, who represented CPP President Hun Sen, came to congratulate the successful conclusion of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

During the meeting in Hanoi, Party leader Lam also shared that the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, when considering international issues, clearly stated that continuing the good neighborliness, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, and long-term sustainability with Cambodia is of strategic significance to the stability and development of both countries, as well as for peace and cooperation in the region and the world.

The CPP Vice Chairwoman expressed confidence that under the visionary leadership of General Secretary To Lam, the Party, State, and people of Vietnam will successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, achieving double-digit economic growth and fulfilling the two millennium goals, becoming a developing country with modern industry and upper-middle income by 2030 and a high-income country by 2045.
