Among the attendees were Vice President of the German Bundestag Bodo Ramelow, representatives of ASEAN member states, China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea, as well as a large number of overseas Vietnamese.
Participants were immersed in a vibrant Tet atmosphere, featuring peach and apricot blossoms, a calligraphy corner, and a banh chung (square sticky rice cake) wrapping area. They also enjoyed authentic cuisine prepared by well-known Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin.

He praised the close collaboration between Vietnam and Germany in labor and vocational training and announced his planned visit to Vietnam in June.
