At the meeting held at the National Radio Broadcasting Center, 58 Quan Su street, Hanoi, representatives of VOV’s units reported that they have developed comprehensive and detailed communication plans, assigned teams of reporters and editors to cover the event, and implemented thematic series, specialized programs, and special radio broadcasts to ensure continuous coverage before, during, and after the Congress.
Technical units have prepared plans for live broadcast of the opening and closing ceremonies, while fully arranging facilities, technical equipment, transmission lines, and backup solutions to ensure safe and uninterrupted signals under all circumstances.
VOV Vice President Pham Manh Hung said as one of the country’s key media agencies, VOV has focused intensively on this communication campaign, ensuring that information disseminated on VOV remains the mainstream, leading information flow.
“We will closely follow the roadmap and tasks to organize appropriate and effective communication formats, ensure accurate and timely information with creative, flexible, and diverse presentation and foster a positive, upbeat atmosphere of confidence in the country’s bright future. Modern, integrated journalism formats will be applied to spread information across multiple media platforms, digital media, and social networks. We’ll not be satisfied with mainstream radio broadcasting alone, our domestic and overseas channels must be regarded as our core platforms, while at the same time be available across digital platforms, electronic newspapers, and social media platforms.”
