The Ru Cha mangrove forest is located in Thuan Hoa village of Huong Phong commune in Huong Tra town of Hue city. |
According to the Hue local language, "ru" means forest and mountain, whilst "cha" is the name of a species of plant that covers up to 90% of the local area. |
