(VOVWORLD) - The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has announced its list of 20 nominees for the final round of Vietnamese Outstanding Young Face Award 2023. The list includes 5 students active in academics and social activities. Dang Cat Tien, a 9th grader from Thai Nguyen secondary school in the central province of Khanh Hoa, is the youngest to be nominated.
