The program, organzied by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism will involve 200 artists. Performances will encourage voters to exercise their rights and duties to elect their representatives at the highest state agencies. Another art program will also be held in Hanoi to praise the contributions of the National Assembly to national construction and defense.
