The LEDs get traffic data from the city's Traffic Control Center in real time. During rush hours, the LED screens will display traffic conditions at junctions ahead, provide traffic diversion updates, and suggest alternative routes to avoid congestion.
In addition, the LEDs will display traffic regulations, including penalties for violations, to help raise public awareness on traffic safety.
