This year's event also includes a series of cultural activities ahead of the main race on Sunday, including the first-ever "One Hanoi - A Million Steps Forward" photo exhibition, featuring 3,000 images of Hanoi's people, culture, heritage, and daily life submitted by photographers across the country.

The exhibition opened last Saturday near Hoan Kiem Lake and has since attracted thousands of local and international visitors.

There's also a KIDS RUN for children aged 5 to 14 scheduled for Saturday.

At the opening ceremony, Techcombank pledged 270,000 USD to social welfare programs.

The Hanoi Techcombank International Marathon is an annual international event that aims to promote Hanoi's heritage and healthy lifestyles while supporting the development of the cultural, tourism, and service sectors.
