Addressing the Lao Cai Investment Promotion Conference 2026 on Friday, Mr. Dung highlighted opportunities in logistics infrastructure and the border-gate economy, deep processing industries and renewable energy, world-class tourism and cultural industries, high-tech ecological agriculture, and modern urban, hospitality, and distinctive rural development.

"Investing in Lao Cai today is not only a sound business decision with strong economic potential, but also a meaningful commitment to working with the locality to preserve cultural identity, improve the lives of ethnic minority communities, and contribute to sustainable national development," said Deputy PM Dung.

Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee Duong Quoc Huy said, "With a consistent view that 'the success of businesses is the success of the locality' and the motto 'prosperous businesses make a developed Lao Cai,' we are committed to creating a transparent, stable, safe, and business-friendly investment environment.”

“We want every investor to experience our partnership through action, our commitment through results, and our credibility through long-term shared value," he added.
