With the theme “Peace, Friendship, Cooperation for Development”, the Expo will take place from December 10 through 13 at Gia Lam Airport. This will be the third edition of the event, organized by Vietnam’s Ministry of National Defense, following exhibitions in 2022 and 2024.

Major General Nguyen Xuan Thuy, deputy director of the Propaganda and Training Department under the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army, said the exhibition continues to affirm the sound defense diplomacy guidelines and policy of the Party, State, Central Military Commission, and Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam, in the spirit of peace, friendship, and cooperation for mutual development.

“It also demonstrates the strong growth, self-reliance, and modernization of Vietnam's defense industry, affirming Vietnam's position and prestige on the international stage, inspiring and spreading pride and a sense of responsibility among every officer, soldier, and citizen toward the cause of national construction and defense,” Mr. Thuy noted.

The exhibition will cover more than 123,000 square meters, up 20% from 2024. It features several main zones, including indoor and outdoor display areas, a zone showcasing defense-related economic products and Vietnamese culture, and an interactive defense zone with military-themed games. There will also be seminars and cultural and artistic performances.

The exhibition is scheduled to be open to the public on December 12 and 13.
