The commitment was outlined in a joint statement issued following the Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) Summit in Tallinn, Estonia, attended by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

The leaders described Ukraine as a key security partner and pledged continued support for its long-term integration into European and transatlantic structures.

Addressing the summit, President Zelensky said Ukraine is ready to share its practical experience and technologies in surveillance and protection systems, while expanding technical cooperation with European partners.

Participants also discussed regional security challenges and explored cost-effective measures to strengthen airspace surveillance and protection capabilities across the region.
