Many large-scale activities were held at the Hung Kings Temple Historical Site and adjacent areas such as Viet Tri, Van Phu, Nong Trang, and Thanh Mieu. Activities were designed to enhance visitor experiences, combining traditional values with modern tourism features. Many programs attracted large numbers of tourists, including street folk culture festivals, Xoan singing performances in ancient villages, contests for making “banh chung” and “banh giay”, night tours at Hung Temple, and fairs promoting local products.
Phu Tho has launched tourism stimulus programs themed “Phu Tho – Come to Love” and “Phu Tho Tourism – A Multicolored Experience,” to boost tourism attraction. After making pilgrimages, many visitors stayed at local resorts and community tourism sites in Thanh Thuy, Kim Boi, Mai Chau, and Hoa Binh Lake.
